luckstars operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time luckstars deems necessary.
luckstars accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckstars does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered luckstars account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. luckstars does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which luckstars bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. luckstars aims to process approved withdrawals on the same business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, luckstars's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
